this was best place I have ever been if compare the price and quality! Everything was just great. Stuff at recepcion was friendly, kind and polite. Explained everything in details. It was clear they actually care your stay at the apartments. Not only duty. They explain everything, show everything and even call asking if everything is OK. Can not imagine what was missing even... There was everything even for permanent living, not only for holidays - starting with air conditioners and TVs in each.
all reviews » The moment we arrived we were greeted by an excellent member of staff,who couldn't have been friendlier,professional and even more charming if he'd of tried.We immediately felt welcome and comfortable.Our apartment was excellent.....just as we'd asked for.It had over and above what we expected as far as an apartment is concerned.Two flat screen tv's,one in the main lounge area and one in the bedroom.It was extremely well furnished with a welcome pack of tea,coffee and fresh bottled water.There . We were really impressed with Sunset View Club. I think that the staff were the friendliest we've ever met in Spain! The apartment was luxurious: very comfortable, well equipped and spacious. The complementary tea/coffee/milk were much appreciated and the bathroom amenities provided were top class. We were given a quiet apartment away from the road with nice views over the ocean and we really appreciated it. Definitely our first choice for our next return to this area. Highly recommended!. A first class small complex offering the most outstanding value for money I have probably ever come across. The quality of the accomodation was simply outstanding. If my room had only half of the facilities that it had I would have been happy. Staff also cannot do enough for you. Also ideal for the airport which is close by but very little noise. The accomodation is nearby the approach for Tenerife Sur airport, but the noise levels of the airplane were not disturbing (and not during the night or early morning). Small but nice swimming pool. Location was excellent with a supermarket, cafes, bars & a bank machine really close by. Los Abrigos a twenty minute walk away accross the sea shore has a number of 1st class restaurants. Las Chafiras (10 minutes away by car) is a lovely quiet fishing town to shop, stroll around or have a meal. We liked everything.We couldn't find anything to complain about. - just one thing: no internet access in apartments, just near the reception area and in the lounge. WiFi acces a bit pricey but more than offset by everything else. Swiming pool closes at 6pm, which is quite early. No disappointment. Any food left out attracted these tiny ants & the only place to leave food was in the fridge. This area is catered for expats and doesn't have a spanish feel, you think you are in a nice neighbourhood in UK with good weather, so if you want a really Spanish place we recommend stay in the North. We think the management of the hotel should mention this as if you are less than 40 you would feel weird. Also the decor is quite old, like the 90's..... We did'nt use the pool and you will need to wake up early to get a place..... Rifficult to find, happily It was 5pm and happily we were able to meet some peopleon the road side and ask questions until we got an answer. It woiuld be fine to get relevant information or a map to arrive in due port. The airport is close and jets might cause some annoyance. We only stayed 2 days (1 night) but there was nothing negative for us. Only poor thing in this hotel is wifi connection.But this problem is everywhere on this island...also in pubs. Not Wifi in apartment. Little ants. Nothing negative during our stay . We were 3 adults + 1 child, and the longue could be a bit more spaceous, but I guess in this case the price would also be higher. Nothing negative really, maybe a few more english tv stations for chill out time in the evenings. Ants inside the room. nothing. Serious mix up at checking in about whether i had already paid or not (my letsbookhotel.com confirmation said i already had, they said i hadn't) which i don't think was the fault of this resort but more of a head office mix up. When we finally sorted it ot and that i hadn't already been charged for the room they then billed me E90 too much! Needed a lie down after this!. No wifi in rooms. Nothing. Couches in room could be a little more comfortable. wifi is poorly facilitated. Having to leave. beware of local taxi drivers, ripped us off!!!. Just a little bit of noise from apartment overhead. nothing. Small ants in apartment. There was an air of "gloom" about the resort as a whole. 4 very large Hotel projects left abandoned, half completed. possibilities for children. No facilities other than pool.
