Hotel Orosol was clean, newly renovated. The room was spacious and nicely decorated with art, and dark wood headboard. Nice balcony with plastic chairs. Air conditioning in the room made the stay really comfortable. Staff was very helpful and answered all questions around places to see and where to find things. Reception was open 24 hours. Excellent choice!. This hotel deserves 3 star::::::::::::everything isperfect::friendly::very very clean and brand new:::and neareverything:::what can I say::perfect hotel in perfect location::and thebreaskfast:::wow:::i think you must upgrade star s to 3 or 4 star forthis hotel:::it deserves it:::yuksel apaydinli.
all reviews » The personnel was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel has been recently renovated and it has a young cosy atmosphere. Location, staff... really everything!!!. Excellent location, near enough to walk to the busy 'West End' but far enough away not to be disturbed at night. Too light on the morning from windows. no soap in the bathroom. sometimes "noisy" neighbours (thin walls?). The only issue if any was that we were given keys to the room but when we went in they hadnt been cleaned from the last occupants. no pool (well there is but you have to share with a hotel up the road), cleaners came too early most mornings, so room didnt get cleaned for a couple of times.A couple of staff weren't very helpful, in particular the man at reception. Have to pay 6 Euro for air conditioning and it didn't work anyway, but they gave me my money back though. and somehow feeling while being customer and was customer are quite different but guessing happen to every hotel.
