Отличное расположение: море и прекрасный пляж - рядом, рядом магазинчики, ресторанчики. Отель выходит на площадь Европы, на которой расположены автобусные остановки, остановка паровозика, туристическое агентство Bus Plana. На автобусе до Порт Авентура - на автобусе 10 мин. В отеле вкусные разнообразные завтраки и обеды. Ужин мы не брали, а обед -.

Отличный отель, уборка каждый день, все очень приветливы, питание на 5+, фрукты всех видов, морепродукты, включая криветки и мидии, у нас был полный пансион и в течении 11 дней блюда практически не повторялись. Для малыша предоставили отдельную кроватку, в ресторане есть детские стульчики. The staff were excellent in the hotel from the time you arrived till the day you left friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and well looked after,had a great time and would defineatly go back great value for money cause so close to everything brilliant. Lovely pool area but only 5 fixed parasols, no parasols at all on sun deck. Everyone searching for shady areas as it was so hot and sunny. Made it very uncomfortable around the pool area. All food at breakfast that should have been hot was stone cold every single day. poor room service. The public beach is 5 min away but two other better beaches (at least for kids) are far. There is public transport but it is not very frequent. rubbish wifi like most of spain. restaurant staff lack basic customer service skills. -Rooms (Room was ordered with double bed but in room it was bed with space in middle and bed started to spread when lieing on it. Bad isolation in room can head how neighbors speaking in they room.) -Staff (very poor English) -Extra charges (coffee, water, juice for dinner and evening meal was charged, for breakfast all drinks was free. For the safe 18e for weak.). The bathroom was quiet old. Need renovating. The entertainment was rather cheap if not exclusively for old people.
