It was wonderful to have the kitchen, which was well set up. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay in your beautiful city!. The very good position of the accommodation. The modern decoration and the comfortable bed!. The Reception person was extremely helpful when my partner was takenill. Having a kitted out kitchen was great. We had ample space forclothes and the bed was comfortable.

Because it is an apartementos, the cleanliness of the room was depending of ourselves. The price was much too high!. good central situation, parking, self-catering, bathroom and bedroom clean. location and parking possibility. Location is great and it's not expensive. some confusion about taxi service. The fact that for part of the day there was no one at reception, if an emergency were to arise. Floors and doors very noisy. Ventilation difficult as room on street,lots of passing traffic and wheeled suitcases on cobbles! We had nomicrowave dishes to cook in. I would also have liked to have thebathroom cleaned and toilet rolls provided. Double size sheets on thedouble bed would be nice. To be honest we were too busy with my son'swedding to take this up. No laundry facility in the room/building (the coin laundry is quite far away...15 min. walk) The can opener in the kitchen drawer didn't work. The kitchen needs better pans and pots. The toilet door did not shut and the frame was falling off.maintenance underway so some areas unfinished, so-called patio actually a dumping ground. There was nowhere to leave our bags the next day as we were staying in Salamanca longer and had to carry our luggage with us.Change the check-in time - the front desk oficer took his siesta duringlunch-time..... The price. On our trip we visited during one month in nine hotels/hostels. This was the most expensive - not the best.kitchen not well cleaned - a packet of chips left in the ice-box and dirty cutlery drawer. Lots of builders rubble on terrace, including a plastic bin-liner with food waste. Sofa- bed had broken slats so our friend was obliged to put the mattress on the floor. There were no staff on the premises as we stayed over a weekend. The heating was very variable and the main room was cold. apartment was dark, with the bedroom not really separated from the kitchen. It was very small.The timetables the handle are ilogical, and they do not mind if you have to wait 4 hours after travelling just because of they're siesta.
