Great staff, Great price, Overall Great little hotel!! Easily within walking distance to old town and historical sites. The staff was excellent and spoke fluent English. Very helpful with any need we had. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Rooms were large and well appointed. Excellent hotel almost in the middle of town. Great air conditioning, which at times can be hard to find in Europe.
all reviews » I drove to Ronda and choose this hotel becase of the parking facility, which was a great bonus. I would definately stay again, the staff were very friendly/helpful. The hotel location/facilities made my stay well worth it :) I would definately stay there again :). This is the good standard 4-star hotel. The ratio price/quality is very good (we paid 55 euros/night for a twin/double room). Very fast Internet. It is possible to find a free public parking just nearby the hotel. We do recommend this hotel!. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast. Very modern. Very convenient location. Found parking on the street. Hard to notice the name of the Hotel from the street. Comfortable room and very new facilities, with a balcony. 15 minutes walking from railway staion. Also easy to get to the main attractions. The hoster, in reception, was too much nice to us. I did not like anything. Nothing negative to say about this facility. The room was too small. It is localised in the new part of Ronda, so you need some time to get to the historic city of Ronda (but we had a car and it was not a problem for us - it is possible to find a free parking very close to the old town). There was something wrong with the air-conditioning in the room and we couldn’t operate it. Very poor WiFi connection in room. The map provided at frontdesk is not useful, characters too small to read. Nothing. i can't fault the hotel. A bit far from the city main streets. Nothing. Charge for parking. Staff could have better English skills. No Pool. Wifi didn't work at all, we stayed for one night only and we complained upon check out and the staff did apologized and said they tried their best to fix but failed. But seems wifi problem is not occasional from other reviews. The hotel has all kinds of electronic gizmo-s such as light sensors in the hallway, extra electronically equipped doorways, sensor door to their huge garage... Most of it doesn't work as intended: internet is unstable and in limited areas, electrical sensors do not work and have to be man-operated which makes you dependent on the presence of the staff etc. People at the reception desk are friendly and trying to help, but technology dominates the scene. Not our best experience in Spain. I had asked for a quiet room but I got a room facing the streetside and it was very lood at night. The room was rather small and not at all like in a ****-hotel. Our bathroom wasn't totally clean. We told this fact to the receptionist and in 2hours, it was clean. There is no internet connection at the hotel and hotel personel are really rute against customers. They are also liars. They said that they will cancel the money and transfer it back to my card because I did not stay at the hotel because of internet problem.
