Wonderful location in Ronda. The room was very clean and cute... We werevery surprised at how great it was considering how little we paid. Great value. I got upgraded to the best room (for free), and it was great.Clean, updated, cost/great, staff great, good location. rate, location, standart (very clean). central location and cleanliness of hotel. Spacious, light airy room - looked just like the website photo. Reception welcoming and happy to help with requests. The staff were welcoming and spoke English. The coffee in the morning was the best we've experienced in Spain. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the hotel was excellently located. It was comfortable and warm.Good location with easy access to sights. Staff was friendly and helpful. Simple but clean room. Discounted parking available through hotel at a nearby garage. I had a very pleasant stay in a nice and comfortable singleroom with a view to the mountains. The price was a bargain and I would definitely stay there again.The staff was excellent...the front desk was so very helpful and so friendly and they went the extra length to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms look just like the photos, very cozy and nice big clean bathrooms. Decently close to everything, although its not located on a main street of attractions.. however, very close to them. We had a room for 25€ per night through the LetsBookHotel.com website, withnot one but two balconies, airco and own bathroom. The room was close tothe centre of the town. We can only recommend it.Corrina at the front desk was fabulous. She gave great advice on touring the city, she never seemed to tire from my questions, and was fun to talk to. Room we had was on the ground floor so we could hear the receptionist talking sometimes at night. shower door was broken. although the room rate is excellent value for money, the extra Euro 3 charge for breakfast is less so. Breakfast was only 3€, but consisted only of toast and jam: a bitdissappointing.Corrina was fired during my stay! Hotel was a bit noisy but nothing ear plugs couldn't handle. Parking not available at hotel but I was fortunate to find free parking on the street in front of the hotel. It was quiet during the night, but we could clearly hear our neighboorshaving their shower and talking during the morning.Lights on timer made it difficult to open door in dark. A/C didn't work well. The breakfast was a little expencive - 3.50 euros for a cup af cofee and a toast. When we got off the elevator it was pitch black and we could not find the light switch. We had to use a mini flash light to get the key in the door. Too much in the area of conservation. It was also difficult to find.Staff not so kind, they could not understand what we wanted forbreakfast (milk and coffee...!!!). Shower in our room was broken, TV remote had to be picked up from the reception, coffee machine was broken (no coffee for breakfast).Breakfast - coffee with slice of bread and butter\jam does not work for me. No choice of food was given. There was a terrible smell in the room, like a sespit which became worse during the night.The shower was missing a piece of the door so water went all over thefloor. The hotel has no reception during the day so you need to go toanother hotel to get the key (10 mins walk). Bookings.com do not mentionthis in their confirmation. Wi fi would be helpful and someinternational tv channels. No parking facilities.At arrival, no personel at reception, keys had to be collected at other hotel.No bath, shower leaked all over the place. The room was extremely cold (regardless to the heater). The room was extremely noisey and the windows made an extremely loud rattling sound when ever a car would drive by the hotel (a lot of cars seemed to drive past on the night we stayed there). Oh, and whats going on with the pillows??? They were like a sheet of paper.
