Amasingly helpfull stuff, good location:close to the bus station, city centre, beaches and Loro Parc. Nice clean rooms. Awesome view from the roof (which has a pool). It is possible to eat at the hotel restaurant (not 'haute cuisine', but good and reasonably priced).Wi-fi only in the lobby but there is plenty room for seating. -

We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

Very relaxing - staff very helpful. Requested a move after the first
night as our balcony overlooked the main road and it was noisy very
early. We were moved to another apartment overlooking the pool. Although
the apartments are very close to shopping, bars, etc, it is very quiet
and peaceful within the complex.

It's a really a nice hotel, very friendly staff, good location. Very nesr to the sea and shops, 5 minuts to the central street. Good, spacious and well equipped rooms with a new techniks, ther'is even a coffemashine. We han a very good room on the second floor with a big balcony to the swimming pool and separate bedroom.

Had a fine big room/apt overlooking pool. Just a short drive from the airport. Nice staff and well kept. Enjoyed dinner buffet.Good spot if you have a car, however parking on street must be hard to get in high season as was difficult enough finding space in Jan and hotel charge for their parking.
