  Very good hotel, looks perfect, very clean, very nice rooms, big space, very clean bathrooms and near a big commercial center where you have discounts if you stay at this hotel and 5min. distance walk from the Metro station. The hotel staff is very kind; they help you with every problem or question you have.   beautiful new hotel, the staff was very friendly. the hotel is in the new district from Barcelona but is easy to get around with taxi or metro!! - modern and sophisticated. Great decor.

  The hotel was very comtempary! Loved it! Location was a little far away from anywhere but excellent metro service. Staff were brilliant with us, when we arrived there was a problem with one of the floors "technical problems" but they sent us to the Hilton Hotel instead - no extra cost! The last night was at the Silken Hotel and they gave us a up... what people say » graded room for the problems. Can't fault them! - Location to the Metro was nice and easy to find with a landmark (egg building) right next it. Room was very spacious, room for luggage too! The front desk folks were extremely nice and spoke many languages. All in all, we would definitely stay there again.

  Everything was perfect. The staff spoke perfect english and they were super accomodating. they lent us an umbrella to go out, kept our luggage in storage because we showed up early and even got us a room earlier than we were supposed too. room service food was very good. It's very close to the beach and the city centre is only 10 min away with metro. Closest metro station is 10 min walk from the hotel. The area is very pleasant and quite. Hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful. Everything was really excellent. Highly recommend.
