Spacious rooms, extensively equipped with everything, starting from several air-conditioning systems, 2x TVs, an oven and a dishwasher, an iPhone docking station to paper towels and dish-washing soap. Well thought out, very respectful and handy for guests. The reception staff was polite and friend... what people say » ly, well-aware of the events in the area. Booked as a part of a honeymoon trip, absolutely satisfied. Will come again once in Menorca. - The staff were amazing. We had the use of a luggage room and bathroom whilst waiting for our apartment and when leaving. They were polite, informative and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous location. we will definitely recommend it to others, already have and will return again.

  I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Food and entertainment together with friendly staff and excellent accommodation made my holiday very enjoyable. I would like to take this opportunity to say Thank you to all at the Aparthotel Paradise Club and Spa and I will be recommending it to all my friends - i booked the hotel believing that it was situat... what people say » ed in Ciutadella, however it was actually in Cala n Bosh. It even states on the front of the hotel that it is in Cituadella, this is very misleading.

  we stayed in the prestige part of the complex and the accommodation was excellent. the staff were very friendly and helpful. there was lots of things for the children (2 year old toddler and 4 month old baby) to do as well.
