our villa standard was in a lovely quiet location, the size was excellent for 5 of us, a 3rd bed was put into 2nd bedroom. apt was very clean, maids do great job. irish and uk tv also brilliant to have. restaurant very handy, pizza was fantastic value for the kids, pool size also good, bit cold but then it is winter over there! we also liked proximity to airport, after long journey-perfect. we arrived late and v kind receptionist gave us complimentary milk,juice and water-nice touch.

Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. - We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again.

I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -

The apartments of Jardines del Sol are clean, comfortable and a great
size for small or large groups. It's perfect for self-catering -
they provide pots, plates, cups, glasses, kettle, coffee machine,
blender, utensils etc (and there was enough free bottled water, teabags,
coffee, sugar and milk for the first day or so) but they also have a
small restaurant.

The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. We have just returned from a week long stay in Club del Carmen. This was our fourth trip to Lanzarote and our first stay in this wonderful apartment complex. The apartments are superbly equipped, beds very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. All apartments are south facing and balconies get full sunshine. We hope to return next year.

We liked the fact that it was in a central location, close to many shops and local restaurants. The beds were amazing and had many great night sleeps. We also got upgraded to suites which was fantastic with nice views of the beach. The spa was also very much enjoyable. Linda in reception was fantastic and very helpful. Shame she wasn't around when we left. Excellent member of staff.
