  Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. - We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again.

  We liked the location and quietness of the area, it was really easy to find on our arrival in playa blanca, and the fact that we could use the facilities of the hotel volcan especially the childrens pool which was much warmer than the villa pool. The villas were very well presented and perfect for our family. We would definately choose to stay her... what people say » e again if we visited playa blanca in the future but would perhaps try August (we stayed in may) with the hope that the pool had warmed up over the su - Location near the ocean, very friendly and very helpful reception, really nice villa, quality new interiours, good furniture, pritty private swimming pool with sunbeds, calm and relax, 5 minutes walking to a small village with many restaurants and shops, 1 minute walking to a seaside promenade. Barbecue zone. Free (!) and fast wi-fi. Very beautiful papagaya beaches are 10 minutes drive. Possibly there are some other beaches close, but we do not know as we traveled by car. In general high value

  Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. It had a real home from home feel, in fact I wouldn't mind living in one myself!! The staff were really friendly and polite, and the reception staff were brilliant before and during our stay. The villas are clean... what people say » ed on a regular basis, and the pool is checked every day, we asked for a barbecue one day and it was delivered within minutes. The complex is in a qui - Alondra Villas are exquisite, simply outstanding in every way! We stayed at Alondra to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends and we received a complementary upgrade to the Grand Suite, which is out of this world. Wine and snacks were left complementary upon our arrival and on the day of the birthday the manager sent a bottle of red wine.   I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice. The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. - Great atmospher... what people say » e for family and kids - unhurried and friendly. Free buffet breakfast each morning was excellent. Short walk to nearby restaurants and shops in beach town. Beautiful and small beach perfect for young children. Japanese restaurant in the hotel was excellent, though pricey.

  What a gem this place is! From the minute we arrived, we felt as though we were the only people who mattered. Dany and Joaquim who manage the reception made us very welcome. We were told the complex was fully occupied, but we saw only a few other guests and other then by the pool we heard no voices. It is a beautiful complex, stunningly maintained... what people say » , peaceful, a perfect place to relax. The bungalow had everything we needed for self-catering and even though we planned to eat out, we used the local - The best accomodation (for leisure) I've ever had. Location: excellent if you're interested in relax and peaceful atmosphere, close to unique Papagayo beaches (15 min. walk) and ordinary Coloradamar beach for those lazy ones (2-3 min. walk) :). Two supermarkets are nearby (Roper: 2-3 min.walk, HyperDino:5-7 min.walk). Bus stop is right in front of reception. If you travel with children, the playground is 2 min.walk.   Very warm welcome by Gonzalo. Gave us great tips of fine restaurants. The house has all the tings you need for a pleasant vacation. More then enough kitchen utillities, sat tv, beautifull views, quiet surrounding. Great please to relax and enjoy. - Perfectly located in the heart of Lanzarote (in 20 minutes by car you could reach almost everything... what people say » ). Patricia received us in a perfect nice and friendly way. Forniture is ok (very well equipped kitchen, bathroom ok).

  Due to some urgent drainage repairs in a number of the hotel rooms, we were relocated to a nearby hotel, given a complimentary breakfast and a taxi to take us to the new hotel at no extra cost. The staff were extremely helpful and the new hotel was very good too!! - Location was great. Local to shops, bars and eating places. Many within 2 minutes... what people say » walk, more within 10 minutes walk. Main centre 20 minutes walk. Staff very helpfull. Packo was great with day time entertainment.
