Friendly staff and good management. Very clean, very green and very relaxing. No loud music which makes for an ideal oasis retreat. Great massages and good food. Management organised transfers which were cheaper and very reliable. Canaria food buffet given by resort on Canaria Day - a wonderful and yummy surprise! The apartment is spotlessly clean and very modern. You have everything you need, fridge, washing machine and an equipped kitchen. It´s a bit small but for two people it´s just perfect. It´s located in the beautiful old town and the neigbourhood feels very safe and it´s also very quiet. -

Olga and Thomas, who run the hotel, couldn't do more to make sure you are ok. Their friendly advise, help with anything (from arranging taxis to scuba diving) made us feel we were actually staying in 4 star hotel.
