  Location - though I can understand some reviewers complaint on difficulty to find. Fortunately pre-warned meant that I took time to make sure I knew directions before travelling. - The staff was very helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The view was beautiful.

  We had booked a room for one night but when we entered it was so lovely we immediately asked for a second night. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. A wonderful treat after completing over 400 km on The Camino Frances. The location is great. The staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful and always smiling. Breakfast is offered at a discount ... what people say » when you check in. Be sure to say yes as it is good and well worth he price. - Very comfortable hotel with helpful friendly staff. Good facilities which was just as well as Iberia lost my luggage! Good location on the very edge of the old town opposite a great cafe for breakfast and near good restaurants. I recommend the internal rooms which look out on to a central covered courtyard which were very peaceful. Comfy beds and warm rooms which helped as the Santiago weather was dreadful!
