  We had a thoroughly pleasant stay at this hotel for 5 nights in February 09. We stayed with our 2 children in a 'B2' Apartment - we found the rooms (sitting room with sofa bed and kitchenette / separate bedroom / large bathroom) to be extremely comfortable and practical with nice decor. It was easy to get around the hotel with a buggy and it had great access and was very easy to find at the end of the esplanade with a great walk along the water front into the main town centre.

  Staff were very friendly and knowledgable about the city of Barcelona. They were able to provide information about local restaurants and the easiest way to access central Barcelona. Room was very comfortable and we liked the fact that there were kitchen facilities for preparing hot drinks and a light breakfast. Als - We liked the huge windows on our room and the fact we could open a door and walk out on a big balcony. Definitely a plus for anyone who likes a light, bright, airy, large room. Also liked the swivel flat screen tv and large refrigerator. For someone who wants a view, a great kitchen set up with everything you need to prepare your own meals, and a very short stroll to the Sants train station to access downtown - it's great for a one or two night stay, and a good value.

  The apartment was amazing. Right in the city center in a really cool area, close to everything. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Rooms were really nice and there was loads of room for 8 people. - excellent, near everything ,good to chill out after along day site seeing ,good eateries nearby and bars ,metro on corner good location

  Front of house staff and barman, Gerard, are excellent. Good location and excellent price. I have stayed there before and will do again. What more can one say!!! - Had a fantastic time, the staff were so friebdly and helpful and our room had a gorgeous spa bath that was lovely to relax in after a lng day sightseeing!

We needed to print off boarding passes and the girl on reception was most helpful and did it without any trouble . I would stay at Whotells again

The apartments are well situated for walks into the surrounding hills/countryside, although they are also situated up a fairly steep hill, quite a long walk from town.
