La Rectoria is recently renovated by hosts Roy and Goretti. It retains its charm and history but is transformed into a comfortable and stylish retreat. We would have extended our stay if room had been available.
Roy is a very good chef offering a menu of the day.
The hotel is right on the via verde walking/cycling track and there is plenty to do in the local area.

Apartment is located to regular peoples living area. Far enough from tourist area. Nice restaurants just a bit south from apartment. But also just next to the street door.

We loved this hotel! Fair price, spacious and soundproof room, good
beds. At arrival we received a city and tube map, brilliant. We did not
use the tube, walking in the city was great and it was not to far to the
city centre. On the weekend (till 7am sharp! On monday) you can even
park on the street, which is great. In the week it is better to take the
parking from the hotel (ca 18eur/day) We will come back!

The location of the apartments was excellent, very near the beach and shops, only a very short distance from Puertoventura and the airport. There was a lovely pool outside the apartments, with a lifeguard on duty for most of the opening hours. The children made great use of the pool. The Bar/Restaurant that is attached to the apartments had entertainment on every evening, Bingo, Karaoke, Snake show and Balloon making - again the children really enjoyed the entertainment.
