  The room was nicely decorated and the mattresses were the most comfortable we slept in during our trip in Spain. We found it very diifficult to get up in the morning! The free parking was also a bonus. - Great value for money & fab room. Free mini bar, big comfortable beds, free WiFi & parking; what more could you want?!

Breakfast excellent, nice environment, excellent location for a relaxing moment. At short distance you can also visit Cuenca and make nice walks in the neigborhood.

  I like the comfort of the beds, but the shower hose was broken, a very minor problem, but when my wife had to go to a different room in the morning for having a shower, it becomes a bit unfomfortable. - We didn't really stay at this hotel.   The room was warm large and comfortable---and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful . - Desk Manager Pablo was as helpful helpful and friendly as could be. I cannot. rate him highly enough. He put the staff in the Parador at which we stayed to shame. Nice Hotel, well positioned but very difficult to find.

  Well appointed room, very clean and spacious.. Excellent buffet breakfast. Staff was very accomodating. Lots of parking. Location convenient to major roads making it a good overnight stop on a travelling vacation. - There was nothing not to like. The air-conditioning was wonderfulin August!

Toledo is a really small city so even Alcazar, which is across town, was more accessible than I'd anticipated from reading other reviews. It was very central, with a private parking garage(although limited spaces) and with a public one nearby. Accomodatingstaff. Great rooms in the new wing and although I only stayed for onenight it was thoroughly enjoyable.

  Staff apart from check in staff we very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we did not have the room we booked - a double room . When I requested a double room I was told it was not possible and offered and upgrade to a suite costing an extra €96 !!! The hotel was by no means full and saw this purely as up sell - very unhelpful and opportunist . P... what people say » lease to say that within an hour the staff on reception had changed and whilst not offering the room of my choice were helpful in other ways. The staf - Fantastic to stay in such a historic building but with all mod cons. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location at Almagro is great - a lovely town with lots going on. We did park onsite but were lucky to get a space in the shade as there were not many spaces and no facility to book a place. We had dinner out in the patio which was very good and the staff were very efficient despite being very busy because of the fiesta. Great stay.
