Small to medium size complex, maintained to a very high standard. Total of 69 self-accommodation bungalows, many adapted for disabled visitors. Accommodation very Ikea in style. Cleaned 6 days per week and bedding/towel change twice per week Excellent staff who respond to information and requests without delay. The grounds which have many pieces of art dotted around are immaculate. 2 pools of which the adult pool has both steps and a hoist. Fantastic sea front is approx 100mtrs from this site.

Air Con is additional to the price on letsbookhotel.com, at 5€ a day, worth it! Excellent staff, 2 mins walk to the Matagorda centro, full of bars, places to eat and a Spar. Really can't praise Nautilus enough and will def be back!!. friendly, multi lingual, helpful staff. well presented rooms, high standard of decor/facilities. Quite end of town, but within easy walking distance of Matagorda urbanization centre, with plenty of bars/resteraunts. 2nd visit, will book again :D. Though the hotel is not perfect, anyway I would say it is the best hotel around. The location is perfect, the place is calm and relaxing. Plain noise is not disturbing at all. Nice children playground (however swings are with broken seats). Nautilus was delightful! Customer service was excellent. Apartments well fitted with all you need and exceptionally clean. Daily maid service and very regular towel change. Staff on hand all the time should you need anything or any help. Single beds instead of double beds. We found nothing to dislike at this hotel. There is nothing to dislike at the Nautilus. We don't like the single beds put together... But every place has them. Shower made a huge mess in the bathroom!! If you feel strong about having internet, this is not the place for you. If we received internet it was painfully slow.. Stiff mattress/uncomfortable beds. Ants intent on coming indoors. Approx 3 miles outside of Puerto del Carmen; €6.80 taxi from Old town. Noting. I would prefer a printer to be available in the internet cafe to print off boarding cards rather than saving your check and emailing it to the hotel, it is a lot of messing around. Also the Wifi is poor. Hard beds, paying for sun lounger mattresses, plane noise. would like snack bar to b better equipped during the day. Internet VERY slow. Local shopping/restaurants are very seedy and uninviting. Time centre was demolished and rebuilt with more upmarket facilities. As been written before lack of English channels on tv.
