Very nice place. Apartementos are large and clean, have everything for living. Director and cleaners are friendly and help you, if needed. Location is perfect. Nearest beach in 5 minutes walking. In 10 minutes - there is huge a choice of beaches, cafes and shops. Taxi and bus stops are within 5 minutes walking too. Two big grocery stores in 2 minutes walking. Airport in 15 minutes riding by bus. There is nice route for biking and running on the see coast, also very close. all reviews »
I found these apartments excellent value all round. The complex is small and peaceful but with a frendly atmosphere and the manageress, Bev, runs the complex very well and will do all she can to help you. The apartments are in an excellent position close to the shops restuarant and beach and, v.important, no hills to climb! Apartment was spotless and terrace was a suntrap. Thoroughly recommend for a quiet realxing stay.
It's a relatively small intimate setting with a small plunge pool which is swept and maintained daily. I believe it is a kid free zone so it's mostly peaceful depending on whether your neighbours are moving their furniture about ! Guillermo and the rest of the team were extremely helpful. There is a fab supermarket just across the road and you are a short walk to the bars and restaurants on the main coast road.
The apartments are in a great location, only a few mins walk from the
centre of the main strip. The pool was small but nice. No children in
the complex! Our balcony (room 602) got sun from about 9am to 5pm (end
of June) so great for sunbathing! Spar is across the road, with an
instore bakery for fresh bread every breakfast time! Would recommend and
stay again!!! Bev was lovely and very easy to deal with!.
These apartments are in a great location. They are so central and just a couple of minutes walk from the main strip. They were also clean and tidy, which is all you need in my opinion. They are studio which some people might not like but again for all the time I spend in apartments when I'm away it was ideal. It's also right beside a Spar which was handy for getting water and small bits.

Bev was a really nice lady, couldn't do enough for you two make your stay more comfortable. Apartments lovely and clean, fresh towels every second day, very central, near all the bars and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.
las Lilas is in the main area of Puerto del Carmen, so easy to get to restaurants and shops as well as the beach from there.
Really nice small complex, very clean and quiet. Lovely well kept gardens, I was amazed to see rose bushes! Very comfy bed too.
Excellent location, with supermarket 100m away. Bev is a great host, very helpful. The apartment is basic but enough for what you're paying. We didn't have time to use the (small) pool.

I felt safe as they were very secure. Small complex very close to the beach. Very quiet location although within walking distance to the strip. Very good value for money.
The fact that the complex was so close to the seafront, shopping, restaurants and cafes. I also liked the fact that it was a small complex of 20 units and 'adults only'.
The location of the apartments are excellent. Just a short stroll to the shops etc, well worth the money.

Only one thing - the boiler is small, and there is just enough hot water for 2 persons to take a shower.
Not much - if I had to nit-pick... Curtains in bedroom could have been
heavier, they left in a lot of light. The ones in the
kitchen/sitting room were very heavy, completey blacked out which
was great! Beds were a bit too firm.
The only thing I would say is that if you went there when the weather was very hot it would be hard to manage without air con. We were there in November which wasn't overly hot but if it was even a month earlier I'd say it would be difficult.

Having Ikea just 10km away I think I'd change some pieces of furniture.
Given the price nothing to complain about. After reading some post I was
worried about water pressure, this was definitely not an item when we
stayed here.

Water pressure was really bad - couldn't have a decent shower.
sheets were not changed once in the 2 weeks stay i had there and if they were i didnt notice it,other than that everything was perfect.
1 set of sheets for week.
Mostly studio's and small. O.K. for a week in the sun but wouldn't like long time stay.
The showers need updating, pillows very uncomfortable and, although we had requested a sunny location, we did not get it.
