Our 7th or 8th visit. We love the Pollensa park. All friendly. Super food. Good rooms. Wonderful views. Pool area good to sunbath. Entertainments. Already wishing we were there again. The loose stair carpet has been replaced. The hotel is great value for money, the rooms are an ok size, food is not 10/10 but its fresh and perfectly ok, after a week or so it gets a bit dull, very very clean, plus cycle friendly.
all reviews » Having the double room facing Alcudia which gave me the sun till late afternoon. Where I could sit and relax on the balcony. The overall friendliness of the staff and the relaxed atmosphere in the whole establishment. The selection of food at the all inclusive buffet was great. Location, friendly staff, facilities. Friendly atmosphere and food. Cycling facilities. Area,near beach and sea front. Safe area,no sign of any crime Close to bus station for local transport. Food was reasonable. the location, the city, i like to walk - and train - excellent area - good staff - the food/ good - trainingfacilities. Small niggles - vegetarian food should be labelled, coffee is horrible, wine service stopped now in restaurant and only cheap red,rose, white available. Pool always very cold. Spa dark and gloomy and uninviting. Whirlpool far too small. Balconies are dangerous - child could fall over. In our room on 8th floor was open door to shaft running up whole building. No barbecue or children's club as advertised. Entertainment much less than used to be - e.g. quizzes. I still love the Pollensa Park!!!. Staff were all polite but reception is very very slow, can take ages to get anything done, there does not on occasions seem to be enough staff on duty, only a minor complaint. Nothing. The system of prepaid drinks. This covered only brands of lesser quality which led to misunderstandings between bar-staff and clients. I would prefer a higher prepayment and free choice. I would of preferred to have a proper double bed in my room rather than 2 singled pushed together. Food was rather bland. Nothing. Bed and pillows- poor comfort Loud music from bar nearby until 12 a.m. Key for safe,which has to be carried with you Sun beds being reserved with towels for long periods. i could not find a fireinstruction in my room ( apologize if i`m wrong) - if so, this is not acteptable - it`s a big hotell with hundreds of guests i had a balcony wth a wonderfull view - but my using it was disturbed by my hardsmoking neighbours - i am no fanatic - on the contrary - but what with smokefree areas???? In summer time - a lot of noise in the neighborhood.
