the apartment we had was very spacious and comfortable, room layout felt amazing and quality of facilities on a very high level, including toaster and orange squeezer, nice new kettle. the hotel itself is extremely huge and it has thousands of small pools if you need some privacy and few large ones with entertainment for kids and adults. probably would come again. We loved being able to see the mountains from the balcony, and the lovely layout of the resort. It was great for us as a family as there was plenty to see and do. The food was varied and to a high standard and we would love to come back and stay here again. The pool bartender (i think it was Josef) was very friendly and always made us welcome.

Every thing u could want for the family grate place for the kids will go again. Clean, value for money, friendly staff, great pools and very well kept. Food, pools, gardens, apartaments, sport facilities. The staff and complex are excelled in every way. Location, facilities, price... La ubicación y los jardines. All apart from the bacon.low price. the actual pool area and surroundings and sports facilities are very good , the childrens entertainment was very good although a couple of shows / entertainers would have been better on at least 4 or 5 times in the 2 weeks. Ideal for families with young children. Choice of 2 large pools or smaller pools adjacent to the appartment blocks. Entertainment food & staff rooms. The accomodation (on selfcatering). Staff were good. i might got it wrong, but the ridiculous thing was the entry fee for the table tennis tournament. also, it takes around 10-15 minutes to get to city and beaches.apart of that, we had to wash dishes ourselves which was not a big deal, as we only stayed for two nights, but could be an issue if you are staying for longer time. Nothing was bad. The food was ok but could be better. If not all inclusive a bit pricey for the type food involved - lady at chicken rest. was very rude when I asked to pay for a single lunch she was suggesting it was for 2 - but that has no reflection on any of the other staff or the hotel itself -. Entertainment. Very poor. To loud music and bad singers.Should bring different people to entertain adults, maybe do a karaoke show while they have very good equipments. Ants at night time all over Pillows on bed not great. Rooms, specially toilets and furniture need renovation. Only one dislike was that the bacon was far to crispy rest of food was brilliant.food. the rooms are really dated and are in dire need of a revamp , the resrutant is very crammed and could also be doing with a lick of paint especially the walls next to the tables that are very dirty and greasy . if they improved the rooms this complex this could be a top notch hotel but right now i would say because of this it brings it down to a 3 star. Food was basic, definately not 4* but reflected the cheap deal. There was always something you could eat. Far from the town/beach Poor cleanliness in pool toilets. The poor standard of meals in the restaraunt. Meal times queing to be seated. poor service,wrong hotel,family split up over two hotels when we booked to be all together.left shoes in appt when we left but no lost property box.shoes not found or handed in. very poor service from staff.
