Information about the area
The apartments are located in Nerja, a small town of whitewashed houses and narrow, winding streets. Its focal point is the Balcón de Europa, a headland jutting out into the Mediterranean Sea from the town centre. The surrounding area is easily explored using the local bus service, and the town’s bus station is 5 minutes from the property. On the outskirts of the town you will find some of Europe’s largest caves – large enough to fit a full orchestra within. Another must-see is the village of Frigiliana, 6 km away. This typical, whitewashed mountain village in one of the most beautiful in the south of Spain.

The airport bus (number 19) leaves about every half hour and runs to the central bus station in Málaga. When at the station, you will need to head to the Alsina Graells booth and purchase a ticket. The bus for Nerja usually departs from Space 38, and the journey to Nerja typically takes 2 hours. The apartments are only 5 minutes walk from the station.
