  The reception staff is great and welcoming, however no bell boy, no welcome drink, unlike many other 4 star hotels. The rooms good sized, clean good sized bathrooms, beds comfy enough, however empty mini freezer, no tea making facility or even empty glasses or water in the room. Over all a 4 star building with 2 star services but then we paid for a 2 star as got a dea - Very professional set-up - quality accommodation with high standards of cleanliness and service. A little walk walk to the City Centre/Old Town however we found the position excellent as it has excellent access to both Marbella and Puerto Banus. Excellent taxi and bus links. The Spa is terrific and the very large indoor pool is absolutely great...lovely and warm to! Recommend 7th floor views if you can get them.   We enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel; the help from accommodating, pleasant staff; food was excellent;wonderful grounds and basically the whole experience. - Position of the hotel was fabulous.   Service was 100% and the quests that the hotel attracted were very nice, freindly and seemed like solid citizens! The restaurant that was with-in walking distance, Rodieto, was a good suggestion by the staff for our taste. Bravo on the whole!! - great location, friendly and helpful staff, magnificent gardens.
