Service was 100% and the quests that the hotel attracted were very nice, freindly and seemed like solid citizens! The restaurant that was with-in walking distance, Rodieto, was a good suggestion by the staff for our taste. Bravo on the whole!!. great location, friendly and helpful staff, magnificent gardens.The entertainment and situation of the hotel. Nothing to say other than excellent.
all reviews » Staff very welcoming, rooms and grounds immaculate with two pools (one peaceful one busy). Parking no problem. We booked a superior room and had ground floor appts with a lovely private seating area. 15 Minute walk into Puerto Banus Marina however taxi only eight euros. the size of the hotel the place of the hotel the food overall very very happy with what i paid for. everytging was realy excellent. Very pleasant grounds/ pool etc. Pool was very clean and the grounds well maintained. Very friendly staff at all leverls. Superb location for Marbella/ Banus/ San Pedro. Food was also very good as was the restaurant service. Reasonably priced too.Nice grounds/pool. Good breakfast choice. Large room with comfortable bed. Very good all round facilities andrestaurant was well organised and had an excellent choice of food tosuit all tastes.the setting was beautiful and close to the beach and only a short drive to Puerto Banus Marina. good value for money,. Facilities poor. The pool was cold and could have been warmed by solar panels for our pre Easter week stay in the middle of March. We had no idea that the centipeds were poisonous untill a quest came running after our son had stepped on them :( They were on the sidewalk between the restuarant and the pool. ......ahhhhh but luckily our son had shoes on! ;). I stayed here 20 years ago, and I think the decor is original, just a little tired looking, but it certainly didn't spoil our stay. Only complaint would be the pool side snack bar closed at 4pm which was rather strange as there were lots of people wanting food and drink.Bathroom needed a refurb and the aircon was next to useless. Cutting the grass just outside the room with a v. loud lawnmower quite early in the morning wasnt entirely welcome either. I think it would be advantagous to not book large parties of lads as itgives the wrong image to your very nice hotel. no internet in rooms,only in reception,. No tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Yes, I did not like the fact that (for a four star hotel), there were no tea and coffee making facilities or kettle in the rooms. We enquired about this, saying we had a family room, with a baby for whom we needed to wash dummies/bottles etc, but were told this was hotel policy. I found this odd. Also, although the rooms were large enough and clean, they were not 'four star'. The buffet meals were rather repetitive and there was little choice of where to eat in the hotel after 7 p.m. except the 70 euro buffet. The other snack type rstaurant closed by 6p.m.It's not a really important thing, but there was something odd about the windows. The wooden shutters outside the patio doors open inwards, so you could not actually open the shutters without opening the patio doors. The air conditioning isn't efficient with the windows open and to have natural light in the room you needed to open the windows and therefore let the heat in. Just an observation. Should have larger facilities for breakfast, because there's loads of people. To noisy and crowded in the restaurant both by a lot of guests and by the staff in the restaurant. Heating didn't work, so room very cold at night, though heater provided promptly. Food beautifully displayed, but quality of ingredients disappointing and not up to 4* standard, for example, pre-prepared veg. and soups, this improved somewhat as the hotel became busier.No room service. We also requested an iron and although hotel has a number of irons available for guests during our stay they were all rented out and dispite numerous requests we never received an iron during our 7 day stay. Difficult to park the car. no carpark available.we were rather far from the main facilitieswhich was a bit akward for the older member of our group. wi fi area. The Steps at the far end, I nearly tripped and feel one night. Some four star hotels offer further facilities, such as - toileteries etc. Not all the staff at the reception desk is nice, the hotel is not close enough to the beach (you need to walk 5 min and the hotel's beach is not as well organized as the ones around . poor quality of breakfast and environment too noisy. The very old bathroom fashion and strange noise of waters in the bathroom. Breakfast without yogurts and the quality of orange and pineaple juice (artificial and bad quality). In my opinion it is necessary better attention and natural smile to the clients. Except the recepcionist in the first day! It was very nice!!!!. the room we stayed in was facing the main busy road and there was a lot of noise, should think about sound proofing these rooms. Quite far from the nearest restaurant (except the Hotel Buffet restaurant). Beach ok, but too small area for hotel clients. food and entertainment poor. beds were very uncomfortable. noise level. Ingen roomservice!. lack of services, a horrible room, there were ants in the room, not very clean, there is no beach front, the beach club its horrible and you have to make a 15 mins walk to get there, its very bad located: at the side of the highway, its no way a 4 star hotel with luck its a 3 star and too expensive for what it is. This hotel is diabolical. The beds are just like a plank of wood with a thin piece of foam on top. I was booked in for 4 nights but had to check out after one night of little or no sleep!.

Hotel information details

Rincon Andaluz is set in an estate measuring 28,000 m2, very close to the beach and Mediterranean coastline. It is built as a typical Andalusian white-washed village with its small cobblestone streets, patios and squares, and even has a small chapel.

This building is low-lying, with 2 storeys, where you can find the hotel's bedrooms, bars and restaurants.

You will also find 3 outdoor swimming pools, one of which is heated in the winter, and another for children. There is a gym onsite, as well as a children´s playground and mini club located near the pool.
