  Naiara and the rest of the folks that work at the house are extremely helpful and pleasant. The location is dramatic high up in the hills/mountains. The breakfasts were fantastic. There's a bakery on the premises and you enjoy the products throughout your visit. You are really in the middle of the great Basque region and culture. It was very easy ... what people say » and fun to get to both Bilbao and San Sebastian by the narrow-gauge train that runs every hour through the nearby town. Beaches to the North are an ea - Staff is simply AMAZING !!! Naiara was extremely nice and helpful. She is always ready to help in any way possible. Also Mikel is a very nice person and makes you feel always comfortable. To be there with them felt just like being home with family. Rooms were also very good. Spacious and with the pre of having a whirlpool in your own bathroom. Great stay. I will be coming back for sure.

  Juantxo, the main administrator is extremely friendly. The hostel is full of welcomeness to its guests. Everything is very clean. You can easily feel the amount of soul and hard work put into this place. This should be a standard for other accommodations. Just go to one of the tapas bars in the center to have a delicious breakfast. The city is a ... what people say » heaven for mountain bikers. Parking is 200 metres in an old building but it's safe. - Very welcoming and concerned staff. Very clean and comfortable. An ideal distance from my home on my way to the south of Spain as i do not like driving more than 500 kilometers in a day.
