  The staff is very nice, smiling and available to solve any situation to make you feel comfortable, The rooms as well as the kitchen and the other common spaces are clean and you can feel chez toi. The location is perfect, centric and very close to Porta del Sol (subway and train) so I could walk easily with my 30kg of backpack!   The hostel is really close to the city center, you can walk all day and meet the most important turistic points!!   For what we paid we were expecting so much less. Great place, surely going back if passing by the city. Only problem, no hair dryer. I didn't ask at the reception desk cause i was already under the shower when i noticed, they might offer some though, upon request, I don't know. Again though, everything perfect and SO valuable for the price.... whi... what people say » ch is why i won't fill in the didn't like box ;p A/C, nice TV, nice people :) A bit difficult to find the entrance to the building, but we survived ;) - Excellent location in the city center in safe and relatively quiet street, very close to metro station. Rooms are spacious, well furnished, very clean, have all necessary facilities such as lockers, table, chairs, pegs. Staff is really helpful: they can advise you good and cheap restaurants nearby and make a reservation for you. Continental breakfast for guests is served each morning.

  It's a perfect place to stay in Madrid. it was the best hostel i've ever stayed. Why? 1. Clean and beautiful. For me its the most important criteria - to have a clean bath and bed. Here everything looked new and smart. Cool design in corridors and inside the rooms. 2. Friendly and very helpful stuff. They will help you to organize the stay better... what people say » than in tourist office. 3. Location. Close to everything most important. I never took a metro. From r/w st. Attocha - on foot, to bus station to air - Hostel is at a perfect location, close to Plaza del Sol, tons of bars and clubs and Prado museum. Athough it is in a loud area, the hostel itself is pretty peaceful and sleeping problems caused by outside noise are non-existent. Hostel staff is probably the friendliest and more helpful than I've ever seen. They are always ready to answer any questions and request within their power. The design is simply wonderful and refreshing. The rooms are so clean that you could probably eat off the floor

  Good enough for the prices. kitchen is ok (very clean and have everything you need). The breakfast is quite simple but still nice. Super friendly staff and it's a good place for making new friends (: . And finally, its position inside the city is very central, so you don't need to use metro every time you go out. Everyone chat together and have breakfast together, but also have our own space, because there's many sofa to stay.. - small hostel near the city centre, a bit tricky way to get inside when check-in.
