The hotel staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Weliked the fact that it was served untill 12 noon? No morning rush andthere was still plenty of choice when we went down quite late. - Rebecca

Staff are friendly, welcoming, helpful and provide so much information about the city. Location is great, walking distance from most popular tourist sites, near the main shopping district, and loads of places to eat in the vicinity. Room was perfect and clean, had own kitchen with fridge, electric hob, microwave, Very much recommended. - Anonymous

The hotel was very central easy to get to from airport using the metro. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. All the facilities were very good and the food was very good, So easy to see Madrid either using the metro or Madrid Vision bus. From the 9th July there is also a free guided three and half hour walk from the square near the hotel which is excellent. - Jeanette

Super central, relationship between price/quality above expectations .Rooms better than a 3 stars hotel. And better than other hostals of Madrid which I stayed. - Susan

Staff is incomparable, they are very good at English (dislike the Spanish), friendly and helpful (without invading my privacy). Juan, the owner, is a friend from the first sight. Room is very quiet and peaceful, small but everything is tasteful (colors, locations, lights, sizes). Location is in the heart of Madrid exactly 4 minutes far from a major Metro station and a shopping district. A++ hotel. - Mohamed

The hotel is located in the center of the city only a short two blocks from the Sol Metro station. We could walk to the major areas of interest and the Atocha train station (cab with luggage). There are dozens of tapas bars near the hotel. Finding "sit down" dinner restaurants was tougher but when we did the food was excellent. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. - Clayton

Wow, everything was great. There was free internet in the lobby. The rooms were huge for the price, and we were easily accommodated for our varying needs. - Kristin
