great choice . the location is exquisite . very quiet street though it is right in the middle of madrid center , this matter is a privilege in a noisy city like madrid . spaciuos rooms . free wifi . very close to all the attractions . close to minimarket , restaurants and cafes . restaurant Assado is 3 minutes walk , has the greatest paiella in town . close to major metro stations . well connected tot he airport . we got a quiet room as requested . great value for money . The location is super, in the middle of the city centre! Everything is available in the appartment, blankets, towels, toaster, washingmachine, microwave, oven, etc.

The appartment is situated near Gran Via station, city center, the kitchen is good equipped and wifi in the app.

A no frills but comfortable apartment in the centre of Madrid.
Stayed in Unit 1A with one balcony view and smaller kitchen not pictured on website. Excellent Location. Excellent wifi, can connect laptop, mobiles & tablets. Ac & heating worked great. Kitchen was well equipped. There's also a private interior terrace with chairs & table. Was allowed to check in early.

On one night, the neighbors cracked it and screamed the apartment block down!! It didn't turn into a pattern, so one can assume this was a one-off!!.
Prior to giving your credit card to agent, make sure he charges it in euro! There's an additional fee!.
Description on website bore no resemblance to apartment! Was expecting apartment with French windows overlooking street. Instead were given appartment overlooking dark and dingy courtyard. Horrible view and made apartment very dark.

Old building. Staff wasn't stay in that building, so when we arrived
there, we had to wait even though we called him at the airport in
advance. Something smell terrible in the bathroom because a wet mop in
the cabinet of the bathroom. Wet, not-washed dishcloth in the sink.
