The location is great, near metro, main train station (Atocha) and lots of eating places. The outside looks old but the inside is newly renovated. The rooms are big, comfortable, clean and warm. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and iPod speaker system. 2 bathrooms with attached shower and water temperature is consistent. Near a place station and we feel safe. Staff is friendly, helpful and pleasant. Help to arrange taxi after we checked out.

On 2nd floor and can hear the noise from the streets. Only a bit more noisy on weekends.

The location of the building is very good. You are somewhere in the middle of the sightseeing places of Madrid. Two bathroom facility should be a positive point for you if you are 4+ people. The windows of the rooms are very romantic, but this is just the necessity of the penthouse type of the apartment.

The room with the double bed, which is the room in the upstairs, has no door; so the noise insulation is poor for the other parts of the apartment. Also this room is a mezzanine, and makes you feel unsecure., but there is no problem. Bathrooms and shower cabin are small. Also there is no trash can in bathrooms.

Great 2BR / 2BA apartment in a nice part of central Madrid. The furnishings were clean and modern with a very comfy mattress on the double bed. Close enough to walk to all the central attractions without being too busy and loud. Good service from the staff who met us at the apartment with the key and instructions.

In the twin room the second bed pulled out from under the first and the room was very small. We were travelling with two teenage / young adult children and my daughter opted to sleep on the fold-out sofa instead of sharing the small room with her brother. That meant she was woken up by mom getting up to have breakfast in the morning!

They cleaning service wasn't provided as promised. No shower shelve for shampoo, soap, etc., no towel racks or hangers in the bathrooms.

Everything is ok, it is prartical appartment specially for family, everything was good, except that no balcony in the flat althought it is mentioned on letsbookhotel.com

No garbage in bathrooms, no hangers to hang towels in bathrooms, it is easily to hear voices from your neighbourband vise versa.

The apt. Was perfect for our family - my husband and I and our 20 year old son. We each had a room and a bathroom plus a lovely kitchen/sitting area. It was in a perfect location in the city - close to park, museums, plazas - walked everywhere. Staff was very friendly and attentive to e-mails. Have already recommended to others going to visit their college-age children in Madrid. A great set up! Staff was lovely!

The communication was not great initially. We wound up going to the office by taxi from the airport then had to travel another 20 minutes to the apt. Also, while we were in the apt, we called the contact phone numbers left in the info in the apt. None of them worked. The staff did respond quickly to our e-mails.

The staff were very friendly when checking in. The appartment was very nicely furnished and spacious with high ceiling.We had a two bedrooms and an open plan lounge, kitchen/dining area. The sofa was the third bed. The two bathrooms were spacious and had great showers in them. The location is fabulous fantastic for walking to museums and the mercado St. Miguel.

The second bedroom does not have air conditioning, so if it is hot then one needs to keep the door open and have a lack of privacy. When checking in make sure that you mark all damaged items of furniture straight away as otherwise you might be charged for it as you have to sign a form which notifies you that you have to pay for all damages when checking in.

The decoration. Everything in the flat was brand new and good taste.

I had booked it for 5 people since according to the info given, it was meant for up to 5 people. . Then, once there, we saw it was only for 4 people. There's in fact no room at all for a fifth person.

Staff was on time meeting us at the apartment. Apartment was clean and good location in older neighborhood with lots of small stores and local restaurants. 15 min to Plaza, two minutes from Metro station. Small kitchen but adequate for simple cooking.

The room i hired was very comfortable. You can find anything you need in the apartment. The staff was friendly and helped us a lot. There are lots of bars, tabernas on the street but it is incredible that you dont hear any noise in the apartment. Also because of this bars, there are lots of people on the street. So when you are coming to your apartment at night, you feel safd because of the crowd. So far i really enjoyed my stay in this apartment.

It was a nice and modern designed apartment, with nice furtniture and all the kitchen applinces. The neighborhood is great close to many restaurants and convenience stores.

Although the apartment is promoted for 4 people it realy is for 3 persons. The living room coach is not large enough for a fourth person.

great apartment!! it was very clean and the staff that was waiting for us with the keys were very friendly. The AC is located in the living room but its good enough to cool off the whole apartment and bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and recommend staying in this apartment.

Location is excellent. 10 minutes from Prado museum, park, Botanical Garden. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Stuff is friendly and helpful.

We were greeted warmly by the staff member, with only slight communication difficulties. We really liked the decor and the central location. We could walk easily with our young kids (ages 8 & 10) to the Prado museum and Retiro park. The beds were comfortable and the place very clean.

The only negative was noise from fellow residents in the building late at night. We could close the windows though and use the air-conditioning.

Located on a quiet area but very close to Prado and Puerto del Sol and other sights. Lots of great restaurants and shopping in the area.

Not the apartment's fault but the streets are really narrow that the transport service we hired could not get in to drop us off at the door. Not too bad though as it was only a few steps from the corner.

Great location to Prado, Plaza Mayor & train station (local & for outside travel). It was great for local restaurants : Muriega (Gallician on Calle Huertas) was a great find.

Stove top locked & was not usable our last day. No information provided for use of appliances, nor guidebook for local amenities. Washer also was not easy to set, & malfunctioned. Renter across from us kept us awake past 2 am due to party, disrespectful & ignored our request to tone down. Other renters need to be aware of building echoes loudly & keeps other residents awake.

My significant other and his daughter and I really loved the apartment - beautifully designed and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a good location for us to walk to a number of places we wanted to see and to the Metro.

We thought the washing machine had a dryer included which it did not.

Location was perfect for walking round the city. Facilities in the apartment were clean and good with one exception (see dislikes). Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The second bedroom is not what anyone would expect. There is a bed that can be made into a double, but people sleeping in it need to climb over each other to get out of it. NOT A PROPER TWIN BEDDED ROOM AND NOT AS DESCRIBED. Also, there is a lot of noise both from the room above and from the street. The location is great for walking around but not for a light sleeper. We were very tired on a couple of days. There are clubs nearby that make noise into the early morning.

The apartments are well furnished, modern, and in an excellent location central to everything the city. I would definitely stay there again. No problems with noise as its in a side line off the main strip

Im slightly annoyed that what was advertised as twin beds turned out to be all doubles, not convenient when its a group of nine men - as it turned out two of the guys didnt go which meant seven of use shared two apartments. I dont like misselling of products, this should be made very clear, even the pictures advertised showed twin beds. This slightly dampened my opinion of what were otherwise stunning apartments

The large, comfortable apartment, very well located near Madrid's museums and train station, made our sightseeing totally comfortable. When the windows are closed, the city noise and barking dogs of the residential neighborhood were subdued. The washing machine was most welcome, to catch up on laundry conveniently. (Bring your own laundry soap.)

Our neighbors were sometimes inconsiderate about yelling in the hallways, which have a echoing quality that magnifies even a quiet speaking voice. Likewise, footsteps in the rooms above tend to be louder because of the hardwood floors.

Central location which is 2 streets from Anton Martin metro stop. The apartment had great facilities, including two bathrooms, towels and linen, a well equipped kitchen including coffee machine, hairdryer and ipod docking station.

The only negative about the accommodation was that there was only one sofa in the apartment which seated two comfortably or three if you squeezed together. This meant that two/three other people had to sit in the other chairs which looked good but were not at all comfortable.

The apartment is comfortable and at a convenient location. The well-equipped kitchen enabled us to have good breakfasts in the morning and good dinners in the evening.

Hot water is not enough for six persons to take showers within one or two hours. The sofa bed is not big enough for two adults.

The location was very good. Can walk almost all important places like Prado,Thyssen,Puerta del Sol,Palasio Real etc. groceries,cafe,restaurants are near there.The accomodation was very clean and new,well equipped. iPod docking was a hit!

It was quite noisy ,especially at night.Even with ear plugs we woke up several times because of noise from outside,elevator runnung, talking neighbor,dust cart at 3 O'clock in the early morning!!Wi-Fi worked not fast.

Very good location and base for city sightseeing. Walking distance to attractions. Quiet location but close to restaurants and bars to eat. Good apartment for 2 couples. Very modern.

Nocturnal neighbours who unfortunately I believe are tenants/permanent residents in the building. Building not soundproofed - whilst neighbours were not rowdy or vocally loud, they were very busy in that apartment in high heels and all night, from 1am until 7am. Noise very bad, even with earplugs. Such a shame. If you are a heavy sleeper with hearing issues, I could recommend it. But it wouldn't be fair not to warn others.
