The location was great, room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was more than reasonable.

Excellent location, just few minutes walk from the city centre. Spotlessly clean Very good value Air conditioning

Bathroom could do with modernising (but was perfectly serviceable and very clean)

Rooms are clean and spacy.

The Hotel is near Gran via and near metro station, Kind of practical but if you are going on a vacation and want to enjoy yourself the neighbourhood is really bad. It's not the part of Madrid you are flying and paying money to live in. There are much better streets, calle Huertas for example.
