Very friendly and helpful staff. Relatively cheap. Great location if you want to visit the center of Madrit on foot( especially Museum Prado, Museum Thyssen). Quiet. Ideal for undemanding.

The location was fantastic and our hostess was extremely welcoming and very helpful. The room we had was surprisingly quiet for the middle of a huge city, and we felt very safe.
Room was small but price made up for that.
