location, cleanness, view. The view from the window and the warm indoor temperature. Our room overlooked Gran Via which was awesome and we could close the balcony off at night to eliminate the street noise. The hotel is also walking distance to the major inner city tourist attractions and the hop-on-hop-off bus stop is just over the street. Staff and Security were very helpful considering our Spanish was very inadequate!. all reviews »
Great location. Basic but very clean room.Excellet rapport qualité-prix!! much better of expected, central, very clean and very nice hotel. i'll comeback!!. Cleanliness, located in the city centre. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price was fair. central for area. just a detail, i missed towel hooks in the bath room. On the day we left, one hour before the time we had to leave the room, there wan no hot water. I really like everything. Nobody speaks english!!!!!! Even the elementary words. The only thing that disturbed me was the fact that the hotel was a little bit noisy in the night because the acustic isolation among the rooms is not good. You can hear absolutly any noise from the other bordering rooms and from the row. Every time people got in their apartments in the midle of the night, I woke up because it appeared they were opening my door, so close was the noise. no facilities for making a drink.
