12 min walk from Atocha Renfe station, 5 min walk from Atocha metro and 8 min walk from Anton Matin metro station. Very easy to get around Madrid and very near art musuems. There is a reception counter from 9am to 9 pm daily so we could get help easily, Wifi is free n very good reception.

Apartment does not have a dryer machine but it provides a drying rack instead.

We absolutely loved this place...would have taken it home with us if we could have ...terrific home away from home so be sure to book at least two or three nights and settle in :-)

Amazing location, close to Prado Museum, Retiro park, Royal Botanical Gardens, Reina Sophia gallery, AND Atocha train station as well as outdoor cafes.

The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable. Despite the central location, it was very quiet.

We had to hold the shower head by hand as the wall bracket did not hold it properly.

Friendlly staff.. Every thing in this apartment is good الشقه ( غرفتين وصاله ومطبخ وحمام) ممتازه جدا .. نظيفه .. واسعة .. سعرها ممتاز .. موقعها يبعد عن القران بيا كيلو ونص تقريبا وقريب من عندها محطتين مترو .. المطبخ موجود فيه كل شي تحتاجه موظفة الاستقبال ليسا متعاونه جدا الانترنت متوفر بالشقه يوفرون لك باص للمطار بسعر 33 يورو

It was central to all the museums, bus & railway stations. Clean and convenient location. Very helpful staff. Lisa was extremely efficient and went out of her way to help.

need extra sets of keys for large groups of 6 sharing made it awkward to get in sometimes

The apartment was very well furnished. It was like staying at your own home! They even had coffee machine and dishwasher! :)

The lift was old and small. Probably worth upgrading. Some of the decoration pieces like the old bicycle was a bit out of place.

Great location in the city easy to walk to everything you want to see do and eat.

If your booking a studio try to specify that you dont want the ones at the front of the building on floor 5 with the sloping attic roof. You'll only smack your head on it once. These rooms dont get showed on the website for obvious reasons if you think you'll be comfortable as a couple in these studio rooms your wrong ok for a single

Great location - only a short walk to all the major attractions. Also lots of good restaurants nearby. The apartment was well set up with everything you could ask for including a washing machine which was a boon. Friendly and helpful staff on reception.

The apartment idea is nice for multiple days where you want to have the ability to pack lunches and make a cup of coffee.

The apartment was very central, a short walking distance from Atocha RENFE station. The two bedroom apartment was very spacious, with a large comfortable lounge and fully fitted kitchenette.

The interior of the apartment was furnished to a good standard but the electrics were sub standard. Only one socket was available in the kitchenette. The sockets in all the other rooms were dangerous, they were either hanging from the wall or sparked when appliances were plugged in.

On the arrival we were offered an upgraded apartment for an extra payment of 5euro. After checking both we chose the delux one, of course. It was really good. newly refurbished with comfortable, modern furnishings, the kitchen truly fully equipped, there is even a supply of delicious coffee and sugar to make your " hello Madrid" espresso before setting of on sightseeing. The windows of our appartment were overlooking the busy street, so we got worried about the noise - well, no worries there - the windows totally sound proof. The place is a 10 mnts walk to Prado museum and the surroundings, all the famous sights within the walking distance.....I would say perfect for a city break in Madrid!

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was great having a washing machine and drying rack. Nice clean new furnishings Plenty of cupboard space.

Some of the decor intruded on living space, eg green leaves in large pots at either side of bed head, instead of bedside tables. Would have also liked a rack for standing suitcases on instead of having them on the floor.

Really good choice. The location is very advantageous for those who are willing to expore more of Spain and visit other places from Atocha railway station that is close to the apartment. Very friendly and responsive staff: the kettle and additional spoons were immediately provided on my request. At day time the clerk seats at the reception desk and can help you with an advice or keep your luggage after you check off.

No fixed telephone line. The street is noisy though the closed window filters out much of traffic rattle.

Apartment was very stylish and clean. Had everything we wanted.....plenty of sleeping space, nice sized kitchen and dining area and lots of toiletries and towels provided. The location was also ideal for a group looking to see all the sights yet also experience the nightlife.

Really nice little appartment on last floor. 7/7 24/24 receptionist. Very close to trains and metro.

The desk people were especially polite and helpful. The apartment was cozy and clean and is really well located at walking minutes of subway stations, Atocha station and even to downtown historical distric. I really recommend it for future visits to Madrid.

Atocha street is very noisy. Windows of appartments come up to this very street. Impossible to sleep at nights.
