Simple clean value for money rooms.Close to the city centre and to the impressive Roman walls of Lugo. A good base for touring this region. Private parking available which is very helpful as the on street parking was very limited. Very helpful staff.
Nice, friendly welcome from young man on reception. I found him very helpfull. Great secure parking for my motor-bike and no charge. Excellent cafe/restaurant and open late.all reviews »

They are always looking so cheerful.
We were given a one bedroom apartment which although basic
was clean comfortable and good value for money. Breakfast was in the cafe attached and adequate for the money. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Certainly recommend for a city break.
Close to city centre. Very helpful staff. public areas are modern design (but not very conducive to sitting in!). Computer available for guest use.
It was close to the city walls.

The older man was unfriendly and unhelpful on my departure and made me feel uncomfortable. He made it obvious that he did not trust me and watched me like a hawk while I was getting ready to leave on my bike. - Very disappointing. This is why I have been generous and given fair instead of excellent.

Computer for public use is very old, keyboard is dirty that makes the keys stuck and the Internet is so slow.
We were fortunate and found a parking space just above the hotel but others were having problems. Not the best place to park ad the hotel car park only takes a couple of cars.
Room was clean but basic; cheap furniture & fittings that were slowly falling apart (e.g. one curtain didn't open and the other only went up at 45deg) . Walls are paper thin so I was kept awake by noise of other guests coming, going & talking in rooms. Breakfast - a joke! - one orange juice, one coffee and a sweetish croissant with nothing to go with it (I bought my own jam ready for day 2).
The room was cold, but reception did lend us a fire.
Lack of extra pillows.
