The indoor swimming pool and jucuzzie were great also as smokers we appriciated the indoor smokeing bar at this time of year. Excellent value for money: half board for 2 for 34 euros. central position. the hotel is very nice,very big,and very busy.evrything was to our satisfaction.it was central between llorett and blanes a spacous hotel. Buffet food was a little disappointing but for the price we paid we couldn't expect miracles. would not like to go at the peak times would be to crowded for the size of the hotel the choice of food was limited. As hotel is very big and caters for groups it tends to be noisy at times.too noise. Food was plentiful, but variable in quality. would habve liked more spanish food - catered too much for the lower end of the british market. No ice creams for the children at any time of day despite being available at other HTOP hotels. the noise from inside the hotel was the worst i,ve experienced ie doors slamming, people walking across the floor in the room above,you could hear every word spoken next door . groups of young people hung around the front doors at night waiting to be picked up for trips etc which was quite off putting .I was shocked at the poorness of the food.. undercooked fried eggs.. dangerous!. Food was of Spanish diet and not cosmpolitan. The children found the food very hard to choose from. The hotel should cater for the varity of customers and should consider making different dishes from different countries such as Italian, greek and mediteranian food. first floor room view was very disappointing a white wall above it a graveyard you have to laugh i was only there for 2 nights otherwise i would have asked for a change of room.The cleaners come round to early about 9am. We were using this hotel as a rest/stop over on our drive from the Costa Del Sol to Northern Europe, but didn't get much rest! The walls are paper thin and every sound can be heard though the door.Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the corridor area due to fellow guests not being very thoughful and making a horrendous noise slamming doors and running and shouting in hallway at all hours.The hotel booked was closed at our arrival. Thanks to a taxi driver,he shows us the alternate one. We moved to the previous one thenight after. Noisy at night with room doors slamming and talking in corridors etc.lack of veggie food and too crowded dining bar the toast maker was too slow local bar drinks tended to be tastless. breakfast was difficult with so many 'all inclusive' guests eg getting a table, lengthy cues, warm glasses. it was very noisy at night!! due a lot of youngsters use this hotel. the noise from rooms adjacent on both sides,sound proofing none existant. The outdoor swimming-pools are quite deep, it is hard to play in when you're not a good swimmer or just a kid. The fact that it was not open was not very good. I am very angry. We booked this hotel as it was near the centre of town. We got there on a cold, wet night and it was deserted. There was a small note on the door to say go to another hotel. This is not where I wanted to stay and would have booked elsewhere if I had been told that the hotel would be shut.the pool area was a bit poor in my view. lots it was not a 4 star would never stay ther again we had a terrible holiday,.
