The man at reception was so nice to us at all times, nothing was too much trouble, he went out of his way to help us. We had a spacious room with huge balcony and a pool view. Pool area was very comfortable and clean, if you want a drink or snack bring it from your room or the supermarket & just clean up after yourself in the bins provided. The other guests were also very respectful and mindful of others and did this. They have obivously taken on board comments by everyone here as they have.
all reviews » Pool and facilities were very well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped. Staff was organized and thoughtful. Free ping pong near pool. Proximity to supermarket, restaurants, and beach were excellent. Staff was very helpful; English good. A/C required extra (nominal) charge. Washing machine worked well; drying rack was provided which was very helpful. Dishwasher, microwave worked. Overall, units were nice; pool side was nice, and area was comfortable. Pool is 1 meter deep and a square size; . Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Apartment was clean and well equipped but a bit cramped for 7 of us. The pool was lovely and clean, cold, but very suitable for children as only 1 metre deep. Good supply of sunbeds. Excellent supermarket and bakery downstairs, all very reasonably priced. Easy walking distance to beach, or beach had free car park. Safe underground car park available at site. Supremely clean. Immaculate. Modern & luxurious sun loungers by pool. Great facilities in kitchen. Baby friendly with high chairs etc available & blender for puree. Great location 5 mins walk to beach and restaurants nearby. 10 minute walk to harbour & centre of Estartit. Helpful staff. Located above a superb supermarket. Helpful personnel, a well equipped apartment with all necessary things including even coffee machine, blender etc. Big balcony. Good location: supermarket on the ground floor, 10 min. From the seaside, a lot of restaurants, car rent, playgrounds, park of entertainments. Swimming Pool in the building. We like the complete facilities in the appartment ( kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher). My children loved the pool and the gym. On the ground floor is a supermarket which is very convenient and 10 mins walk to the beach,. Can't say enough about this apartment. Well laid out, great equipment & linen, friendly & helpful reception staff, parking available, spotlessly clean..... Location, pool, gymnasium. Rooms are a good size, very quiet. 2nd stay here as the first was excellent and we knew what to expect. Supermarket next door. Everything is perfect! A well-appointed apartment. Minor things--could have used extra or nicer pillows. Master bed was two single beds next to each other. Other activities on site involved extra charges (table top football). Beds were very hard. Apartment's 3rd bedroom was a partitioned section off the lounge and hence turned a 2 bed to a 3 bed so was quite small. Balcony overlooked road with noisy dogs barking day and night from hotel opposite and balcony was too small to fit us all on it. None of us could connect to the wifi that was apparently available. Beds very hard and not comfortable. Single beds pushed together with individual bed covers for couples not ideal!. Two separate beds in the rooms, no king-size beds. No kids playground inside the building. Nothing. Everything was perfect. Cannot fault it. No kettle, but we knew from a previous stay so brought our own. Mot a criticism, but the town shuts on 1st October basically. Second bedroom beds were very small. Noisy location if apartment is located at the street. Terras could be a bit bigger if you are with 6 in an apartment. Found apartment very noisy at night as overlooking street, wished I had paid extra to overlook pool, main bedroom had twin beds, no double. Would have been nice to have small bar area around pool.Swimming pool was very cold. No proper changing and shower facilities in pool area. To many restrictions around the pool area. No music, no drinking, no ball games etc. people are on holiday!!. Surrounding area too noisey for young families if they need to bed at a reasonable time. No english tv channels. Having to leave the apartment when the maids come in to clean. checkout at 10am. The dog across the street. Basic facilities. Small tired rooms. Additional charges for air conditioning - small but annoying! Noisy - night club next door.

Guests arriving outside these hours must inform the hotel of this prior to travel in order to arrange key collection.
