  A nice, very clean and cosy hotel with a perfect location close to the heart of Madrid. Also, the subway station is just nearby, i.e. within 3 min. walk down the same street. Within short walking distance of Palace and Cathedral. Would definitely recommend this hotel in centre of Madrid.

The girls from reception - Maria and Elena -were very hospitable and friendly and both deserve a certain salary increase. Rooms are not much specious but always clean and tidy. The hotel itself is renewed build recently and you can see it at once. The flat is very well equipped and very cool and modern.The location is just about perfect and also very close to the tube. There is a cheap supermarket nearby. All in all a fab place to stay but book quickly as we have recommended it to all our friends! - Very spacious and comfortable. A warm welcome by Catalin who gave us a map and pointed out sights and reminded us to keep safe from pickpockets. The apartment wasn't ready so we left our bags and went for a walk. The staff was friendl - The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!
