The apartments are extremely good and real value for money. Maria who welcomed us was extremely friendly and very customer friendly too.
We were pleasantly surprised by the Nespresso machine in the apartment too.
The location is superb in the Santa Cruz area, literally just behind the cathedral. You can walk everything and you have the best tapas restaurants around the corner.
These apartments are really to be recommended and so is Sevilla in general.

Staff in the reception was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really nice and staff allways provided us with a bottle of water before leaving the hotel. The location of the hotel is great, just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. The decoration of the hotel is very elegant

All in all a fine hotel but nothing extraordinary except very helpful staff. Location was good but very hard to find. Thanks to the review of a previous guest we mentioned the name Plaza Santa Cruz to the taxi driver which we took after we parked our car at a far away and very expensive public parking. Breakfast was so so, not even eggs or fresh juıce.

The apartment is right across from the Cathedral, it couldn't be in a better location for tourists who want to see as much as they can in a short space of time. It's great value for money, very clean and has everything you need. If you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend it though as it overlooks a lively street. It didn't bother me as I'm used to sleeping in the city centre but my boyfriend didn't have a great sleep any night.

The breakfast buffet was 5 Euros and there was a different choice of coffee, cereal, yoghurt, bread, meat and cheese. The room was large and clean with high ceilings and the wifi signal was strong. A woman at the front desk was very helpful and voluntarily gave us a lot of information about the history of the city, what to do and what to see. She was great. The location was good, too. It's within walking distance to both Alcazar and Seville Cathedral.

Actually after the first night, I wanted to leave but my wife convinced me to use ear plugs. And we stayed 4 nights even though the room was small. But the hotel is a typical charming little cozy building, at the entrance of the great Santa Cruz sector, a walking distance to the Cathedral and just above a lively resto, pub and street. So expect noise at night.

Brilliant location. Great restaurants on the street itself, short walk away from charming Barrio Santa Cruz and it's winding streets, La Giralda and the Real Alcazar (main attractions). Seville itself is a great city and I would recommend anyone wanting to explore Spain to stop by. Hotel staff were friendly.

This is a charming small hotel in the center of the historic part of Seville. The room was a little small but it was well decorated and very clean. To reach the hotel, you have to walk from a nearby taxi drop off point....don't try finding this one on your own. The street is so narrow that you can touch building on opposite sides of the street.

The location was fantastic! Loved being in old town in the neighborhood of Santa Cruz. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. We stayed in apt. 6 and thought it was quiet and liked that the bedrooms are in the back away from the pedestrian street. Air conditioning was appreciated as it was hot during our stay.
