When I informed her that my shorts that had the extra set of keys was stolen at the beach, she was very understanding and told me that there would be no extra charge.   Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. - Great place!   casa gracia was absolutely amazing!!! It is located close to diagonal metro station and within walking distance to all the great sites and restaurants. The breakfast was great and didn't end super early like many of the other hostels I've been to. Also, the staff was very experienced and helpful and added tremendously to the environment of the h... what people say » ostel.   The rooms were clean and modern. Looked fresh out of an Ikea catalog. Beautiful view of the city on the rooftop at the pools. Great location near Metro stops. Not a far walk to shopping/food/beach/sites. Loved the cafe on site. Lots of friendly travelers staying here. Met people from all over the world. Really enjoyed our stay here. I left my phone in the reception when leaving for my flight home. I rang the reception, when I got home, hoping they had it - they did and they did everything to help me get my phone back. I arranged courier to pick up and they had it packed ready for the courier - thankyou so much for the help!!
