No reception, but easy to agree the time to meet their. -A little bit difficult to find for the first time going from Joanic station. Don't try maps in airport info booklet (better use Google Maps - the best way to navigate Barcelona due to small streets, whic... what people say » h are not named on the maps). If you don't have maps, you can check the map at the Joanic Metro station at the mid of platform (you'll find the street - The appartment was great, very clean and nice design furniture. In the kitchen you have everything you need, there is enough storage space and you also have a seif. The great thing about it is that it is in a quiet neiborghood and you can see how the catalans live. There is a market with everythig you need and a coffe shop right near the entrance. The metro statiin is 2 min walk from the flat and you can be in the center or at the beach in 15 min. Very very nice appartment and i strongly recom

  Helena, receptionist, always cheerful, professional and helpful. Stayed on well after her leaving time to settle us in after our late arrival due to problems with our pre-booked airport pickup.   The apartment looked brand new and had all the facilities we needed, 2 toilets one with bathtub and one with shower, the ac worked well. The location was aside a big road overbulit with a little square so it was a little noisy outside but not in the flat (that was on the 2nd floor, 3rd with swedish way of counting), the good thing was that it was ... what people say » very close to a metro station. The staff was good when we were there but don't expect them to answer emails sent before arrival, they didn't reply to - Size and interior of the flat. Self-catering. Convenient location close to the metro. Many tourist attractions are easily accesible using the Metro such as Las Ramblas. Parc Güell and the Tramvia Blau was walking distance from the flat. The staff was fluentnin many languages including English and also very helpfull to book transfers from the airport.

Location was perfect - nice neighbourhood, in the end of the main shopping street in Barcelona, close to the metro stations (in the middle of two metro stations). A fantastic location, within 3 minutes walk from Sangrada Cathedral.   We were a family of 4 persons, in a 6 persons appartment. That was very good because there were to seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. The whole appartment was very new and looked very very nice. The location right to the Metro was good, and the metro line L3 seem to be going to all the major places except Sagrada Familia, but we only had to change o... what people say » nce. Be aware that you have to email Izaka about your arriving time at the appartment. Otherwise you can't get in, there is no reception. If you have - Location was excellent, two minutes from Diagonal station. Apartment clean, quiet, well equipped and the staff helpful. We were able to leave our bags earlier than the check in time for a €5 fee which meant we could sightsee without luggage. A problem opening the safe on departure day was dealt with efficiently and quickly by the staff.
