  It's perfect to visit Barcelona, it's in the centre of the city, near Plaza de Catalunya (the place where are most of the METRO lines) very close to Rambla, Passeig de Gracia and Barrio Gotico. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and come back again. - That place so close to Casa Batillo, my room was so small, but comfortable and clean. Service was super polite, speak many languages, I can speak with them english, spanish and even russian. Big thanks to a girl in reception Katya. Super polite, super kind, told me where to go, what to visit at that time and really is so so nice person. I can imagine who is the boss of hotel if they have such a wonderful staff!   Pensio 2000 was a real find. Help yourself tea/coffee/cakes and water, all gratis. Even had lovely white dressing gowns provided. An international crossroad location with great mix of people too! No parking or lift but worth the effort. Great value for money but shame it rained! - Location of the hotel is excellent. Close to a metro station and in the middle of Las Ramblas and El Borne. In winter, el borne is a better place to be close rather than since la rambla. The staff has made really nice improvements and facilities in the hotel, that's nice. But some of the stuff like towels and sheets are really too old.

  Everything !!! it's amazing how you picked the right persons to work in this hotel. everyone, including the cleaning lady, was perfect !! - excellent value for money, very nice stuff, very comfortable and clean (Could be compared with good 4 star hotels)
