  I liked the location of the hotel which was on the tourist bus route so we weren't in the centre of the city. The staff were extemely friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The underground garage was important to us as well as we were driving to the hotel. - Friendly people, nice clean rooms...

  Very very clean. lovely bathroom and bed. Perfect for a trip to the city! - The rooms are big, very clean with comfortable beds. The hotel has a good location, just around the corner from Placa Molina station (an FGG station).   The pool and garden area were lovely. The room had effectively silent air conditioning, the bed was comfortable, the windows could be opened, but it had a great double blind so you could vary the light. - Trhe rooms were very moder, fab outlook from bedroom!!!!! very big!!!!!

  Small hotel, good location, not very central but the metro right there. We had the loft room, lovely in winter, probably very hot in summer. Great big bed, as my husband is 6ft 7 tall.   We liked almost everything at the hotel. Its location couldn't be better, right behind the metro exit and you can watch Sagrada Familia at breakfast time or whenever ou go up the terrace. I requested a specific type of room at the time of reservation and they remembered - The staff. They went out of our way to fix any issues with the room, answer our many questions, mail our postcards, tell us about the culture of the city, etc. They packed a breakfast bag for my wife and I in the early morning when we left since we could not stay for breakfast. We were still talking about how friendly the staff was when we got home. This is the best customer service we've had amongst all the places we've visited in the mediterranean.
