Nice place with all that we need during our Travel!! Realy clean, with air conditioning, situated near Placa de Catalonya, which is the centre of the city. Only few rooms are there, so there is no problem with bathroom. Friendly and helpfull host, with a good advices and words for everyone. I'd like to come back this place asap! -

I felt very comfortable during my two days at Julian's. I just needed a bed and a shower so I booked the single room. Small but nice. Everything was new and clean. The metro station is right outside the door so you can get very quickly to the city center.
But the photos of the double beds rooms seem to belong to another apartment so ask in advance

I stayed at 'Julian's rooms' during my four-day visit in Barcelona. This B&B is an excellent value for money with it's convenient location, lovely and spotless rooms with clean and comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, perfectly clean bathrooms and reliable, high speed Internet access. 5 min walk away from Metro line #1, 3-4 stops from the centre of Barcelona. You could not wish for a friendlier, more attentive, more professional host than Julian.

Plenty of space in the larger apartment and the luxury of air con. Apartment was also clean/modern and right next to Rocafort metro station. Plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast / coffee and small 24 hour shops for supplies. -

Great value for these money. Location was good close to Placa Espanya. The flat is been cleaned everyday. Bread and butter are available all day long. Plus you have a cooking place so people can save some money by cooking themselves. Good, cozy place.

I can strongly recommend this place to people who look for something cozy, stylish, not typical. You feel more like at home, not like in a hotel. There is a common space for the guests where you can sit around big table, drink high quality coffee (free of charge) and relax.
