  I booked this property for my parents, and they was so happy with the property, i see it myself and it was very nice, very clean - fresh towels - and the staff were very nice - called to the staff when we arrived to the property and they did not take long at all to get there to let us in - they was very helpful explaining to my parents the area an... what people say » d what they can do and where places are etc. Would definately recommend them - Jose is wonderful host, save us money by giving many usefull informations, and fulfill some our wishes; he is very reliable. There is many good and cheap markets, restaurants, taco bars, shops and other in the neighborhood, and it is close to city center and many other Barcelona sights. Apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

  The hotel was very clean. Rooms were bigger than I had expected and they did have air conditioning. Bathroom had large bath with shower. Towels and bedsheets were changed daily.   It's a small guesthouse inside a building with private apartments. Perfect location- close to the beach and to the central street La Rambla. Staff was very helpful and friendly. - Francesca and the rest of the gang were so warm and friendly. It felt like we were staying with extended family. The room we stayed in was beautiful, with original features. Felt like we were getting the true experience of Catalan culture. The location was excellent, situated right in the center of Barcelona, in the Las Ramblas area and by the Marina and beach.
