  The guy at the reception spoke fluent english that made checking in really easy. He even provided a map of the city and marked all the important and good things to see. We arrived there earlier than the usual check-in time but as requested our apartment was ready and he allowed us to check-in early. The apartment is extremely centrally located. It... what people say » is literally at the heart of the city, close to many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. It is very accessible and was very clean and was equipped wi - I stayed with my 2 of my siblings and we loved the location. It was walking distance to many attractions and many restaurants. Our room was perfect. We had an interior room so, we never got any street noise at night. There was a grocery store 1 minute walk from the apartment, very convenient if on a budget. The one gentle man that we dealt with was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We definitely stay there again.

  Manuel is very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment has a small kitchen (good enough to make coffee/tea or cook some easy breakfast) and also provide a washing machine.   everything was absolutely top notch, if you are looking for somewhere to stay on a short break to Madrid I would look no further than these apartments. I have paid five times the amount I did and received less comfort, hospitality and customer service. Many thanks for a great weekend. - The location is great. Nearby the metro station and it's possible to walk to all the things you want to see. Nearby a square with lots of restaurants. Because the plane would leave in the evening and there were no gasts after us, we could stay in the appartment untill we had to leave for the airport with no extra charge. The check-in manager was very kind and helpfull. The appartment and the beds were good.
