The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. However the best thing, as with any hotel, was the staff. It is a good location, a few minutes walk from one Plaza Catalunya Metro Station, and Paza Catalunya itself. This leads to a great pedestrian walkway into a very historic area of the city and lots of great places to eat, shop and look at! The staff were very helpful, looking up the time for my return bus to Girona airport using my flight details! -

It was right in the middle of the city and herself was delighted as it was on one of the main streets with all the famous Spanish retailers. Even when we slept in, somebody remembered to come and clean our room in the evening and they had spare adapters for UK and Irish plugs at the front desk. - very effiecient staff. wonderful room, great access

were still talking about how friendly the staff was when we got home.
This is the best customer service we've had amongst all the places
