  The hotel is quite brilliant for the price range it´s in. There are six swimming pools, many restaurants (all wonderful), great views, bags of space. Even when it´s full, the hotel feels peaceful as there is just so many diferrent places to relax or hideaway. I stay regularly at the Grand Villaaitana (previously the Westin) and love it.   I found the staff very good and the hotel whist a little old I thought was excelent value for money - its near shops and the beach etc also the police station close to hand if needed
