Everything was just fine, ... it was a thoroughly nice hotel, foundthat complaints re them not allowing late checkouts, or storage ofbaggage to be either untrue, or the hotel had taken steps tp resolvethese complaints, because we were allowed to do both, Service wasexcellent, room nicely appointed and comfortable, a very pleasant stay.Would return any time. - Thomas

It was central in Madrid- within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites .But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful at all times. One of the reception staff even phoned her mother who was taking part in a procession for holy week to see where it was so we could go and watch. The waiters and other hotel staff were all quite incredibly helpful - Davida

Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. - Paul

The best western arosa was a brilliant hotel, right in the heart of the city! We had an eighth floor room overlooking Gran via with our own balcony which we were upgraded to for free! I will certainly go back to Madrid and stay here again! - Keith

Location is excellent, 5 minute walk from the palace. Air con worked perfectly room was very clean. Room service never called too early, didn't even see them at all, and the room was always done when we came back in the evening. - Cian
