  The apartments are very cheap, and quite big (for 3 persons). It is in the middle of sevilla, 15 min walking from the cathedral. The old lady who made us the check in, was a very nice person. The wifi is free. If you want to stay in the city center, go to this apartments.   Pension Alameda is family owned. The whole family is very willing to help. Some have limited English. The room is clean. As other have commented it is a bit noisy.
