The desk is staffed 24 hours a day with and efficient, English speaking staff. The facilities were fantastic, my son and I had a swim and the room had all those little extras that you might have forgotten. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff. We recieved a lovely welcome, they were fluent in a number of languages so our English was no problem. They were fabulous.

  The hotel is completely new. We had the room facing the pool area(cons of the street). The room was very clean with comfortable beds, with enough space, free juices and water in the refrigerator, tea and coffee maker with coffee and tea bags (refilled every day) and with very nice and clean bathroom. Near the hotel there are more than few restaurants where you can eat well at a reasonable price. - The rooms are nicely decorated, the hotel has its own personality, every room is decorated differently. We had a room on the top floor and it came with a large terasse and sunbeds. The bed was perfect, not too hard, not too soft. Location is great, just one block from Passeig de Gracia and Plaza Catalunya. Close to the lively tourist area, but still in a less crowded, noisy neighbourhood. Food at breakfast was good, large variety, it's only a cold breakfast. The hotel is brand new, we stayed on

It was in very close proximity to the Barcelona Sants train station, had fantastic staff/facilities and was very clean, comfortable and affordable - I liked the location of the hotel, which is close to the central railway station and to the centre of the city at the same time.
