-Good location, 2 minutes walk from Placa Universitat, 10 minutes to La Rambla
-Stylish and modern interior of the hotel and apartments, clean and fresh
-Good layout of the apartment itself, we made our own breakfast at apartment, good eqipped kitchen
-Friendly staff, got lot of help and tips from guy at the reception.
-Chek out time 12 p.m. : very nice if you are tired on mornings
-Lot of cafeterias, bars, small supermarkets in the neighborhood

The hotel it is in walking distance off all the turistic attractions of Barcelona.
I consider this aspect as the best feature of this hotel.
The room was very clean, we had private bathroom and a balcony.
On all the streets surrounding the hotel there are restaurants, bars and shops.
The metro stop is at only 2 min walking distance.
After chek-out they permitted us to use their luggage storage room for the entire day.
Wi-Fi connection in the room was great.

Excellent value for money. I was upgraded to a en-suite which was absolutely fine, quiet, clean and comfortable. Very good area with many shops, bars both cheap and expensive, very close to everthing and Metro round the corner if you are feeling lazy, plenty of buses. The area is lively but I would say safe.
